Penelope Ruth Dudley
Penny Dudley is Chief Legal Officer at Bupa. She is responsible for legal advice, legal risk management and privacy at the international health and care company. Penny has been in the role since 2016 and is a member of the Bupa Executive Team. She joined Bupa in 2010 and has held roles in Bupa’s international private medical insurance (IPMI) division, including Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs. She is executive sponsor of Bupa’s emerging talent programme.
Her extensive international experience in regulated financial services has included legal roles at Macquarie and Invesco. She trained at Freehills in Sydney and has a First Class
