Bupa Turkiye 2024 Corporate Evaluation Meeting Completed
Bupa Turkiye's 2024 Corporate Evaluation Meeting was held with the motto “See Your Strength, Be Strong”. In the meeting led by Gökhan Gürcan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bupa Turkiye, Bupa Turkiye's targets and growth strategies in the field of integrated healthcare services as well as 2023 assessments were shared at the summit attended by more than 700 employees.
Bupa Turkiye, Turkey's leading integrated healthcare services company, held a Corporate Evaluation Meeting where it shared its investments realized in 2023 and determined its strategies for the coming period. The meeting was attended by the managers and employees of the companies under the umbrella of Bupa Turkiye, as well as the managers of CompuGroup Medical Turkey, the new member of the Bupa Turkiye family, whose acquisition was recently completed. During the meetings, company goals and strategies were discussed and innovative approaches were evaluated in order to better meet the needs and expectations of customers.
“We will be players of whole nother league”

“2030 Goals Discussed in Different Panels Throughout the Day”
At the Bupa Turkiye 2024 Corporate Evaluation Meeting, moderated by Ebru Keskin Kulalar, Deputy General Manager of Strategy and Transformation at Bupa Turkiye, common strategies and goals were shared in three different panels throughout the day. In the sessions where Bupa Turkiye's senior management participated as panelists, it was discussed how each function contributes to Bupa Turkiye's vision and how to strategically achieve the set goals.

At the event, where sessions enriched with different topics and questions were held throughout the day, all employees of Bupa Turkiye spent a pleasant evening together after the seniority awards were given to employees who have been in the Bupa family for many years.
