Aslıhan Duymaz - General Manager

Aslıhan Duymaz has a BsC from Boğaziçi University, Department of Mathematics and has a master's degree in Actuarial Science at the University of London City. Her professional career began at Commercial Union Life in 2000 and then she worked in the Planning Department of Ak Emeklilik between 2004 and 2006 responsible for actuarial modeling, budgeting, and commission reporting. From 2009 to 2012, she was appointed as the Group Manager responsible for pricing and reporting at Aegon Life and Pension, actively involved in establishing the actuarial department structure, actuarial modeling for international reporting and the company's BI reporting projects.

Between 2012 and 2017, she served as an actuary and manager responsible for pension, financial services, and insurance services at Aon Hewitt Türkiye. Following this, from 2017 to 2021, she worked as a Director in insurance sector consultancy and audit expertise under KPMG Financial Services Advisory and from 2021 to 2023, she worked as a Partner.

Duymaz has been serving as the Chief Technical Officer, responsible for Reassurance and Actuarial, Corporate Pricing, Data Analytics, Data Technology Office,Medical Evaluation, Indemnity and Contracted Institutionsdepartments from 2023 on. As of 2025, she works as General Manager and Member of Executive Board of Bupa Acıbadem Insurance.
