At Bupa Acıbadem Sigorta, we are committed to improving the health of people, communities, and the planet.
Our purpose is to create a better world by enabling longer, healthier, and happier lives—not only for today, but also for future generations. Our sustainability strategy is built upon three pillars: human-centered health solutions, community benefit projects, and environmental responsibility principles.
Through our Healthy Cities program, we recognize and reward our employees’ individual wellbeing efforts and environmental contributions, integrating our volunteer-based social impact projects into this system. With this initiative, we have contributed to reforestation and green projects across Türkiye.
In line with our diversity, equity, and inclusion approach, we continue to maintain a workforce of over 50% women and implement social responsibility projects focused on supporting women and children in earthquake-affected regions. Moreover, through our Viva Wellbeing programs and Bupa Academy trainings, we integrate sustainability awareness into our organizational structure and company culture.
Together with the Bupa Group, we regularly measure, report, and reduce our carbon footprint. We offset all electricity consumption across our locations through I-REC certified renewable energy sources, and we are steadfastly progressing toward our Net Zero target for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2030.
In 2024, we further strengthened our commitment to transparency and accountability by publishing our first sustainability report aligned with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS).
